Following our almost 2 years of being in 'the void' during lockdown, a real gift of experience, my community crept out tentatively, to a new space and different energy. Something had transformed/changed like stepping out into a new planetary landscape. Everything is the same but different. One thing was evident to me - we needed to experience joy from the Heart and Soul level and two things the Soul loves to do is Sing and Dance

Free Spirited and Joyous Gatherings

A non-verbal, non-voyeuristic space where we could access the chakras and all their openings and qualities via elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. To go deeper into our subconscious and feel free to express what's happening no matter how small that is.

I needed to be brave and follow what my Soul was calling me to do. Offer a non-verbal free-spirited and joyous experience to my local town. Somewhere our auras merged in community without feeling self-conscious. A meditation in motion.

Dancing was up there on the list of "things I wish I could do but general adulting gets in the way". I love music. People listen to music and there are people who feel music and need to move.

I was a bit scared of attending but excited and had no idea what to expect. I'm writing this to encourage anyone nervous that they will be welcomed. This isn't a dancefloor showroom; some keep their eyes closed as they dance and barefoot. This is a safe space to just move in whatever way your body takes with all sorts of music followed by some deep relaxation at the end.

No idea how I looked dancing last night, I don't care and the great thing is that neither does anyone else. This is the most positive, balancing, and liberating thing I've done in many years.

I got up this morning full of smiles. Emotionally it has really grounded and boosted my well-being and I'm very grateful.
